Tudo começou em 2007 com um grupo de amigos que se juntaram para formar uma banda.SuffocHate nasceu das cinzas de um outro projecto que terminou com a saída de um dos vocalistas e com a necessidade de levar o projecto para a frente com mais seriedade.Desde então,e sem mudanças nos membros,a banda gravou o single "W.A.R." nos SC Studios em Matosinhos e recentemente visitou os SoundVision Studios em Vila do Conde onde gravou o EP de estreia intitulado "No Mercy In His Eyes",com a produção de Paulo Lopes. As nossas influências variam entre o Death/Thrash sempre acompanhado por toques progressivos e modernos. A banda conta já com alguns concertos em que partilhou o palco com bandas como The Godiva,Darkside Of Innocence,Engaging The Dead,Razer,Master And Servant(FR),Death Will Come,Artchoke,Equaleft,Sordid Sight,Assassinner,Memorial Death(BR),Urban War,Hatetrigger,Mais Uma Queda,Gates Of Hell...
It all began in 2007 when a group of friends created a band together. Suffochate has born from the ashes of another project that ended when one of the vocals left the band and because of the need to have a more serious project. Since then and without changing any member, the band has recorded the single "W.A.R." at SC Studios in Matosinhos and recently visited the SoundVision Studios located in Vila do Conde where had recorded the debut E.P. "No Mercy In His Eyes", produced by Paulo Lopes. The influences of SuffocHate are some the Death/Thrash metal bands with some progressive and modern details.
