Additional notes
Convulse guys also had a side-project called Puhelinkoppi (playing some kind of hardcore-punk-metal combination with really offensive lyrics towards everything), which is better known in general in Finland than Convulse itself.
The band was previously known as S.D.S. (Fin) and they played speed metal. They did a demo tape called 'Mental Genocide Demo II 4/90', and probably some more stuff too.
Rami Jämsä recorded with the obscure hard rock band Havoc, 7 inch "Passage in My Life/Surrounded by Bain" in 1989

Release Notes:
Featuring vocalist/guitarist Rami Jamsa, guitarist Toni Honkala, bassist Juha
Telenius and drummer Janne Miikkulainen, Finland's short-lived death metal band
Convulse only issued two albums - 1992's World Without God and 1994's
Reflections - during brief their career, neither of which brought them much
recognition at the time. But hindsight is always 20/20, and they have been
retrospectively credited as one of their country's first extreme metal groups of
note, even considered by some to be the forefathers of the local "Nokia" metal
scene, as it's sometimes called.
Alongside the band's early 90s counterparts "World Without God," Convulse's
first proper full-length, helped pave the way for a new generation of
death-metal extremity. Now re-mastered, repackaged, and featuring their
legendary "Resuscitation of Evilness" demo.
