This is last project, his story begins three years ago and they croused our attention in a concert at transmission in Lisbon. They call themselves and they`re in an interview atDemonium.

Q - Present me the Karbonsoul, tell me the story of the band ..

K - The Karbonsoul existed since the year 2007. It all started with a project designed by guitarist Rstein during a tour with vs777. At the time was called on the current drummer, Hellfish, to record the drums on the theme "the void of love", experience that began to take the project in another direction. Already with the idea of forming a band, instead of the solo project, the singer Muffy was officially presented to a first photo session, even without a bass player. As the next step and to complete the current quartet, it made sense to call a bassist and Rvid, with the guitarist and drummer who had worked in a previous project, was invited to this place.

Q - As I thought i heard Karbonsoul covers a range of references? How can me define your sound?

K - The Karbonsoul has many metal bands as got a reference (from Doom to Gothic), but the diversity of musical influences of the different members of the band is what causes the sound is a little different than that which normally me would expect from a project this musical genre.

Q - How do you see your growth, your sedimentation in the national underground?

K - Since the beginning of the project that the main idea is to write and record a CD and then after doing concerts for promotion.

But in truth, the reality has been different from Karbonsoul and fortunately, since the beginning, we have had many invitations to many concerts, what has been delaying the recordings as well as the composition of new issues.

Were involved, including the creation of a project called "Dark Summer Fest" which was a festival where Karbonsoul, Invoke and Entropy were invited to headline the Desire having this same festival served for the official presentation of two bands Karbonsoul and Entropy .

It was only after the summer of 2008 (and with some exceptions, Side B concert at the opening to the Kaatharsys in the open for Transmission Why Angels Fall, Musicbox in the Dark side to open the concert at metalpoint innocence and open to the Incoming Kaos) we decided to focus only on the recording of the album (which is in pre-production), to run the video footage and photo sessions for execution of promotional material.

Q - We were talking about your concert at Transmissioon, what are the contitions that you have found in every stage you`ve stepped?

K - A bit of everything, even situations already quite familiar to members of Karbonsoul.

Since, not having ammunition available, even with technical stage only for lighting, since, police at the door to see the licenses of the room / bar, a fire during a show. We even had a situation come to a bar, on the day of the concert, and nobody having any knowledge of it that we would act ...

We can say it has been exciting.

Q - The fact of you having a female vocalist can open doors for you in other levels?

K - Not so much the fact of being a female vocalist, but the of being THIS VOCALIST. The tone of theire voice and tassitura of Muffy are not very common in a woman and this is an asset to the project.

The work she does for television and the work as a model may also come to help spread the Karbonsoul ... (Do not think that the fact of having a WOMEN will help, think before that our marriage as a band and as friends can make a difference).

Q - And what line the new themes and compositions follow?

K - We have some new songs, "unused" almost finished,which may be characterized as Doom.

K- Finally we would like to thank Daemonivm for the invitation and those who have accompanied us during these two years. now we are focused on recording our first job it will be a split cd called "Concilium 13" with four bands [Karbonsoul, Entropy, and Chaos Incoming Invoke] soon to be released by the Union Metallic, accompanied by a national tour that began on February 13. >
