The band moved the first steps in the 2006. The main prerogative was to build a violent sound with great impact taking inspiration from Hardcore, Moshcore, Noise-core and the Death metal, and mixing all influences up. The music proposed by Inhale Your Hate is an explosive mixture characterized by groovy and fast sound, and by devastating and bloody breakdowns.

In winter 2007 IYH recorded their first demo titled “DEMOSTRAIGHT” with 3 of the most representative tracks and started to tour with the main HC bands in the national underground scene. In early 2008, IYH joined Verona Hardcore crew for supporting the underground scene. After several changes of lineup and inevitably of sound Mattia Scolfaro join IYH. The violent contribution of this new member brought the band to a higher level than in the past and IYH began to be well known in the scene. IYH entered the recording studio in late October 2009 to record “Terrorized By Reality”, now published by SG Records.
