What’s left to say about Buffalo NY’s Herod that hasn’t already been said before? This DIY Power/Thrash band has been kicking around the worldwide metal scene since the band’s inception in 2000. With tours of the US/Canada/Europe under their belts, as well as four records, the band is ready to unleash record number five entitled “Curse of the King” for new label Dark Harvest Records. A favorite with critics, the band is prepared once again to bring its’ unique form of American metal to the masses.

The band’s newest offering was recorded with Mike Hatalak, from the band It Dies Today, at DWS Studios in Niagara Falls, NY. Vocal assistance was provided by former Herod vocalist Judah Nero. This new Herod recording will surely appeal to fans of any era of the band, as well as garnering significant praise from the metal community at large.
