On Promises and Lies Johnny Lokke returns with with his third album of tough 'n melodic heavy metal. Lokke takes his big riffed classic heavy metal approach and injects it with a ballsier sound reminiscent of Dio, Armored Saint, and Judas Priest, as well as more modern acts like Astral Doors, Lions Share, and Tarot.
