CREATION'S END Record Release Show:
12/3/2010 Ace Of Clubs - New York, NY w/ The MP Project, Monstar Zero, Clearview
Further American and European tour dates for CREATION'S END are being planned for the coming year, with a special appearance at Atlanta, Georgia's annual ProgPower USA in September 2011 already confirmed, where they'll perform alongside Therion, Sanctuary, Dream Evil, Arcturus and more.
Considered a progressive/power metal "supergroup" to many, the talented unit called CREATION'S END is the brainchild of years of collaborative writing between guitarist Rudy Albert (ex-Zandelle) and drummer Dario Rodriguez. The duo rounded out the band's stellar lineup for the record with well-known metallers Mike DiMeo, (ex-Masterplan, ex-Riot), Marco Sfogli (James LaBrie Band), and Joe Black (Chris Caffery, ex-Zandelle). The stunning eight tracks these powerhouse musicians have formed on A New Beginning culminate their melodic, progressive, groove-laden, dark and crushing displays of incredible heavy metal into a simply incredible album, produced by John Macaluso (James Labrie Band, Fool’s Game, ex-Ark, ex-TNT, ex-Yngwie Malsmteen) and mixed by engineer Neil Kernon (Queensryche, Yes, Nile, Cannibal Corpse).
-----
"A New Beginning is dark, heavy, brooding, but always melodic, and while the performances of the band members are top notch, the focus here seems to be more on the songs and less on displays of virtuoso capabilities." 4/5 - Sea of Tranquility
"One of the very interesting things of Creation’s End is how well all musicians come together in crafting very good sounding (and elaborate) songs that keep listeners engaged." - Infernal Masquerade
