The idea to form the band came in 2007. The founders are Zoltan “Serpentus” Tokody and Robert “Amboss” Tokody. The first 2 songs (Flesh Is Pain and Infernal Romance) emerged in August 2008. The original idea was to play a fusion of Black/Trash with Gothic atmosphere. The first rehearsal was 28th of November 2008 in the following line-up: Zoltan “Serpentus” Tokody (Growl vocals), Robert “Amboss” Tokody (Rhythm/Lead guitar), Danilo “Druid” Ćalić (Solo/Lead guitar) and Ognjen Milivojša (Drums). Later, Vlada “Cannibal” Kuzmanović joined the band and became the II. Growl vocalist.
In January 2009, Ognjen left the band and Vlada Dudaš became our new drummer.
The recording of the Promo/Demo CD began in March/April at studio “Holiday” and was self-released 4th of May 2009. The CD contained 4 songs: 1.Infernal Romance, 2.Flesh Is Pain, 3.Cyanide Solution, 4.Black Sunrise (Kreator cover). Only limited number of copies were made – for friends.
Our I. gig was 8th of May 2009 with Schoomar and Infernal Form in Club “Dvorište”. A week later, we had our II. gig with Ashen Epitaph, M.A.D. & Goya and Nanowar again in that same Club. Shortly after the gigs, Vlada Kuzmanović left the band because of his health problems.
In Jun, Danilo, apart from playing the guitar, became our II. Growl vocalist. Our first Bass guitarist - Damir "Ambrose" Đuran – joined the band in July. All was going well, ‘till August, when Danilo left the band. In September Đorđe Petrić replaced him, and in that month, Dušan Parlać became our Keyboard player. The songs were Re-Edited with this line-up.
In December, Djordje and Dušan left, and then in the 2. half of the month the band became a 2 man band (Amboss & Serpentus), and continued with the recordings!!!
