MISERY INDEX travel to South East Asia this weekend for a week’s worth of dates across Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Following these dates,MISERY INDEX will head to Mexico in mid-April for another run of headlining shows. The band has also been confirmed for a number of European summer festivals including Neurotic Death Fest (Netherlands), Death Feast (Germany), Will Full Force Festival (Germany), and Tuska Metal Fest (Finland). MISERY INDEX guitarist Mark Kloeppel recently partnered with Amptweaker to unveil the “Tight Metal” pedal at the annual NAMM conference. The “Tight Metal” pedal tone circuit was devised over the past year through concepts provided by Kloeppel coupled with Amptweaker owner James Brown’s unparalleled engineering expertise. The pedal also features consumer suggested innovations such as an onboard noise gate or “chomp”, a “tight” control, and more. Additional details on the new “Tight Metal” pedal can be found here.
