TOMBS has posted the first preview track, “Vermillion“, from their forthcoming album Path Of Totality online now via the band’s Facebook and MySpace pages. Path Of Totality, the follow-up to their acclaimed Winter Hours release, was recorded at Elmwood Recording studios in Dallas, TX with engineer John Congleton (BARONESS, EXPLOSIONS IN THE SKY, BLACK MOUNTAIN, ST. VINCENT) and has been set for a June 7th North American release date. Path Of Totality will be available on CD, 2xLP, and digitally and features artwork from Thomas Hooper of Hoopers Electric. TOMBS are currently on tour now. A listing of remaining tour dates and cities can be found herewith more tour plans to be announced shortly.
TOMBS recently released a 14 track collection of early material, tracks from split releases, and previously unreleased demos titled Fear Is The Weapon. Fear Is The Weapon is strictly limited to a one-time pressing of 1,000 copies and is available exclusively through Relapse Mailorder at thislocation.
