August 8, 2012. Amelia, Ohio. Warriors of Metal, Inc. non-profit organization is very privilaged to be able to confirm one of Mexico's best Heavy Metal bands, Voltax as the 2nd international band to participate in the Warriors Of Metal Fest VI Open Air in 2013. Just last year, Voltax represented Mexico at the 2011 Wacken Open Air in Germany.
Upon sending their 2010 sophomore release, "Fugitive State of Mind" (released through Blower Records) to the Festival organizers and impressing them with their Live performance as captured on film at Wacken Open Air and available on YouTube, the WOM Fest organizers officially issued their invitation while praising their CD and the band guitarist and representative, Diego Ma stated: "trust me, if you liked the one you got, wait to hear the new one!" The 3rd Voltax album is due out by the end of this year. Diego continued that: "Voltax is very excited to confirm its participation at such a "young" but promising US festival. True Metal will never die if people like the WOM organizers keep the struggle alive no matter what! We appreciate this opportunity like no other and we plan to melt some faces and explode some eardrums; expect no mercy!"
