The video is from the Artmore Hotel, the official hotel of PROGPOWER USA metalfest, during PROGPOWER USA XII weekend in Atlanta, GA September 16, 2011. http://www.progpowerusa.com.
This is M.E.'s "One Man Show", where he performs to sequenced backing tracks that he programmed using a Roland R-70 in the 1990's. Joining him on vocals is Brooklyn, NY based vocalist Paul LaPlaca, whom has performed with M.E. on other occasions.
