The Warriors of Metal, Inc. non-profit organization is honored to announce that the internationally renowned Puerto Rican Doom Metal band, DANTESCO have seen it fit to celebrate the North American release of their 5th studio album at our 6th annual Warriors Of Metal Fest Open Air on June 29th, 2013.
Band founder and vocalist, Erico "La Bestia" Morales states: "We are honored to announce that the CD release show/party for Dantesco's new album on Inframundo Records(Mexico/USA) "We Don't Fear Your God" for North America will be held during Warriors of Metal Fest VI Open Air which is held at the Frontier Ranch in Pataskala, Ohio on June 29th. As part of this celebration our brothers from Puerto Rican bands Solvo Animus and Alas Negras will be playing at the fest along with such acts as Flotsam and Jetsam, Meliah Rage, Attacker, Twisted Tower Dire, Steel Assassin, Axenstar and a lot more great bands from around the US, Eorope and South America. Dantesco also will have the honor of sharing the stage with one of the true metal queens...the great Veronica Freeman from Benedictum for Dantesco's version of Black Sabbath's immortal song "Heaven And Hell" as a tribute to the voice of rock and roll Ronnie James Dio! Furthermore, to make the metal weekend even more fantastic, University of Puert Rico's P.R. Heavy Metal Studies lead by professor Nelson Varas Diaz will record the show for a future documentary about the metal secen and bands of Puerto Rico as part of a multinational academic research project.
