The Warriors of Metal, Inc. non-profit organization is pleased to announce the confirmation of only the 3rd Heavy Metal band from California in its 7 year history. The Lion Music Recording artist RESISTANCE will be supporting the release of their 4th studio album, tentatively titled "Knights of Doom."
Band co-founder and bassist Paul Shigo states: "We are honored to be invited to perform at the 7th annual Warriors of Metal Festival. We've kept an eye on this Festival and watched it continually grow since it's inception. We respect the credibility and reputation of this Festival, the organizer Datis Alaee, and the caliber of the Heavy Metal music and bands that have performed here throughout the years. WOM Fest's dedication to the fans and music reminds me of an up and coming Keep it True or Headbangers Open Air Festival, but in the U.S."
Bands confirmed for Pre-Fest Showcase on Thursday, June 26th at O’Sheckeys Live Bar & Grill include: AUTOMATON, DEADIRON, DETHRATS, ETERNAL LEGACY (Headliner), GRAVE ROBBER, LOWER 13, SPLIT THE ABYSS and WINTERHYMN.
Confirmed bands for Warriors Of Metal Fest VII (Friday, June 27th & Saturday June 28th) include: ARMORY, BEYOND FALLEN, BURNING SHADOWS, CELLADOR, CRUSADER, FLESH ENGINE, MITHRIDIUM, RESISTANCE, RESTLESS BREED, and SHALLOW GROUND.
