CALL OF THE VOID: Denver Demolition Crew Announces Winter Tour

Denver demolition crew, CALL OF THE VOID, will kick off the New Year with a Winter run of live abrasions alongside Long Beach punks, The Greenery. Set to commence January 26th in Pamona, California, the journey will blaze its way through a dozen cities, coming to a close with a hometown show on February 7th. 

CALL OF THE VOID continues to slay the masses in support of their Dragged Down A Dead End Pathfull-length released via Relapse Records. Applauded for its "legitimate, misanthropic emotion," by Popmatters, commended by Pitchfork for further proving that Denver is "a hotbed of serious vitriol and passion," and dubbed, "...one of the best aggressive releases of the year," by Exclaim, Dragged Down A Dead End Path fuses all the prime tenets of grind, crust and hurt feelings into 25+ callus minutes of orderly misconduct.

CALL OF THE VOID: New Track Unveiled


Today the perpetrators at Invisible Oranges offer up an exclusive premiere of “Bottom Feeder” from powerviolence-seared hardcore instigators CALL OF THE VOID. The track comes off the band’s fittingly titled Dragged Down A Dead End Path full-length, set to detonate next month. A perennially infuriated 25+ minute display of audio hate, Dragged Down A Dead End Path was recorded at the Boar's Nest in Salt Lake City, Utah by Andy Patterson, mastered by Chris Mcnaughton, and offers up a maniacal fusion of grind, crust and broken souls. Formerly known as Ironhorse, CALL OF THE VOID seamlessly merge visions of grind forefathers Pig Destroyer while effortlessly treading the abrasive, caustic nature of Converge’s hybrid progressive hardcore and Mastodon’s technical metal-tinged rock mastery.

Dragged Down A Dead End Path will see digital, CD and LP North American release on March 19th, preceded by European release dates of March 15th in Germany, Benelux and Finland, and March 18th in the UK and all other territories.
