New York City Meet and Greet with THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER and RICHARD CHRISTY from CHARRED WALLS OF THE DAMNED presented by Metal Wreckage

Fans in New York City can hear the brand new CHARRED WALLS OF THE DAMNED album Cold Winds on Timeless Days in its entirety this Tuesday, October 11th at the Knitting Factory where THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER will be headlining with support coming from All Shall Perish and Cannabis Corpse. Not only will Richard Christy and TBDMwill be hanging out and doing signings at the venue from 5-7pm, but there will also be giveaways (vinyl, t-shirts and cds) courtesy of Metal Blade Records Metal Wreckage.

New albums from TBDM and CWOTD will be available for purchase at the Knitting Factory or bring your copies and get them signed!

Fans will be able to hear Ashes Falling Upon Us from Charred Walls of the Damned's new album, Cold Winds on Timeless Days, on Full Metal Jackie's syndicated metal radio show this weekend. Full Metal Jackie Radio is two hours of fist pounding metal, hosted by renowned metal radio personality Full Metal Jackie (FMQB Metal Host of the Year, four time winner!), featuring regular interviews with many of metal’s biggest names, past and present. With 12 songs clocking in at 58 minutes, fans are getting a lot more music this time around. Recording twelve songs in a short amount of time is no easy feat, but one that was accomplished because of the stellar talents in the band. Christy elaborates further; "I wanted to get a natural sound out of this album, I wanted everyone to be well rehearsed, not that I wanted the album to be rushed, but I wanted the spontaneous live feel and not over think anything too much." Richard Christy describes Cold Winds on Timeless Days as a "perfect storm of producing" – Audiohammer's Jason Suecof produced and Mark Lewis mixed, while mastering was handled by Alan Douches at West Westside.
