"Corpus Vile" is our new single, it's not a material from the upcoming album. Until we release our next piece, this will try to keep the chaotic flame alive that enlightens all of our ways in this fucking miserable life.

EPISODE 13 New Video Footage For "Ignorance Is Bliss"

A new video of Turkish black metallers "Episode 13" has just been made ​​available online for the song "Ignorance Is Bliss". "Ignorance Is Bliss" taken of  “Death Reclaims the Earth” the third full length album from "Episode 13" sees the band making its strongest statement yet in terms of musical direction, performance and commitment to producing dark, intense, intelligent, misanthropic Black Metal. “Death Reclaims the Earth” have a free download at Misantrof ANTIrecords.

The performance was recorded live last March 4, 2012 at Rock N Rolla Bar in Istanbul and can be seen below.

Episode 13 Announces New Line-Up!

On the official FaceBook page of the Episode 13 can be read the following statement:

Episode 13 would like to announce that we are parting ways with drummer and co-founder of the band Nursuz and with guitarist Serkan Zengin. We have already found replacements and we will be joined by guitarist Mehmet Şahin Tabak and drummer Ali Erdem Uzunay from Izmir, who are known for their work with the upcoming Black Metal band “Dark Eden”. Work continues on the new Episode 13 album, and it will definitely be more sinister and misanthropic than ever.

We would like to say farewell and thanks to Nursuz and Serkan for giving their souls during the chaotic years, and we will see you all live with our new lineup. Set off the dynamites !

Formed in June 2001 with the intention of playing Black Metal with a particularly evil streak, EPISODE 13 quickly grew to become one of the leading extreme metal bands in Turkey.
