VISE MASSACRE: NYC Underworld Warriors Revamp Lineup 2013 Berserker Phase Begins

After several months of scheming, plotting and marauding off the grid, the VISE MASSACRE federation today declares a full-on scoundrel attack for 2013 with a revamped and venomous lineup.

Following the release of their bludgeoning Expendable Humans LP -- out early 2012 via the band’s own Gorilla The Horse Records -- and a rash of regional live assaults surrounding its release, VISE MASSACRE has revamped the lineup and this week publicly declare war for 2013. Percussion combatant Keith Abrami, also of Long Island’s technical black/death/space metallers Artificial Brain, now joins the VM lineup, rounded out by bassist/vocalist Chris Vezza and founding guitarist/vocalist Rich Muller.

The heaviest lineup of VISE MASSACRE yet brings forth an even more intense maniacal speed metal/hardcore hybrid than ever, and is now finally moving forward with new live assaults and future recording plans. This new incarnation’s first live excursion comes this Sunday, February 17th at Brooklyn watering hole Saint Vitus.

VISE MASSACRE Live:
2/17/2013 Saint Vitus Bar - Brooklyn, NY w/ Black Table, Hush, Buckshot Facelift

More... oh so much more bestial, human-damaging resonance from VISE MASSACRE will be felt in the coming weeks and onward through the year... join or run like hell the other way.

Expendable Humans is still streaming via the VISE MASSACRE Bandcamp arsenal.

VISE MASSACRE: Free MetalUnderground Album Stream For Friday The 13th

As Brooklyn trio VISE MASSACRE prepare to hammer humankind with their self-released debut LP next week, the metallians at Metal Underground have deemed this Friday The 13th VISE MASSACRE Day by streaming the band's entire Expendable Humans album. Make your coworkers hate you even more and fire this 14-track noise/metal-ridden psychotic hardcore assault at earspliting levels right here.

Expendable Humans represents the most scathing, organically grown inner-city VISE MASSACRE output to date, taking the band's meaty NYHC-styled riffage into more sociopathic and mangled noise-ridden directions and grating your head off with intensity. The 31-minute beast was captured on tape at Studio 65 and The Warehouse Recording Studio in Hicksville, New York, mixed by bassist Chris Vezza, self-produced by the band, and mastered at Bonati Mastering in Brooklyn (ZU, AIDS Wolf, Julie Christmas, Racebannon).

VISE MASSACRE is preparing to unleash Expendable Humans via their own Gorilla The Horse Records imprint. The digital download of the album will be available this Tuesday, January 17th, and the 12" vinyl slab will be available by the end of the month via NYC's Generation Records (store and international mailorder), via Earsplit PR, and of course direct from the VISE MASSACRE militia.

VISE MASSACRE lineup:
guitar/vocals: Rich Muller (ex-The Last Crime)
bass: Chris Vezza (ex-Awkward Thought)
drums: Jerry Carbone (ex-Science Diet, ex-Dawn of Bathos)

VISE MASSACRE will release the album in early January on their own Gorilla The Horse Records imprint, with massive direct cooperation from Earsplit PR and various other channels of underworld propaganda. More info will be released in the coming weeks, but for now the full track listing, album art and more can be found here.

Following sporadic regional touring and gnarly notable live assaults throughout the band’s native NYC-area wasteland and even a brutal tour of Japan in 2010, VISE MASSACRE’s new full-time lineup is preparing for live rampages throughout the lands throughout the coming year. Founded by guitarist/vocalist Rich Muller (ex-The Last Crime, with Kevin Egan of Beyond/1.6 Band) the mob is rounded out by bassist Chris Vezza (ex-Awkward Thought) and drummer Jerry Carbone (ex-Science Diet, ex-Dawn of Bathos).
