Uma pesquisa realizada pelo The Sun britânico elegeu o riff de "Sweet Child o' Mine" como o melhor da história do Rock. Outros destaques que acompanharam a lista são sucessos como "Walk This Way" (AEROSMITH) e "Smoke on the Water" (DEEP PURPLE).
