OBSCURA’s recently released sophomore album Omnivium has entered in at #14 on the official German Newcomers Chart as determined by Media Control. This is OBSCURA’s first time appearing in the nationally monitored entertainment charts for their native Germany and follows the band’s recent debut at #11 in the Billboard Top New Artists or ‘Heatseekers’ chart in the U.S..
OBSCURA is currently streaming Omnivium in its entirety online now at this location. Omnivium, the follow-up to the band’s acclaimed Cosmogenesis album, was released on March 29th on CD, double LP, and digitally.
OBSCURA will kick-off their first tour in support of Omnivium later this month as part of a four-week European tour alongside HATE ETERNAL, BENEATH THE MASSACRE, and more. This tour also includes a performance as part of the annual Neurotic Deathfest. Additionally, OBSCURA has just announced a full North American tour alongside CHILDREN OF BODOM and the DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT that kicks-off in late June.
