Texas-based "All-Scar" thrash group PASADENA NAPALM DIVISION are currently being featured in Terrorizer Magazine's "Thrash's Modern Big 4" poll. To celebrate the recently released Secret History of Thrash special, Terrorizer is asking their readers to select four bands from a list of eighteen of today's heaviest-hitters. In addition to being a part of the poll, PND are also featured in the issue's Future Of Thrash article and have the song "Terror Cell" included on the accompanying sampler disc. Visit this location to pick PND as one of today's "Big 4".
PASADENA NAPALM DIVISION released their self-titled EP in September 2010 on Abyss Records and is currently hard at work on a follow-up album. PND features DRI vocalist Kurt Brecht along with Scott Sevall (guitar), Greg Martin (guitars) and Ronnie Guyote (drums) of legendary thrashers DEAD HORSE and Bubba Dennis (bass) from VERBAL ABUSE. The battle-hardened scene vets came together to form a much needed old-school styled trash act. The band's debut EP was met with critical acclaim by the metal media and its follow-up is highly-anticipated to say the least. To tide their thrash-hungry fans over, PND are set to release a limited edition 7" featuring the song "Terror Cell" and the exclusive, as-of-yet unreleased track "Bleach Blonde Despair." This 7" will be available through Abyss Records and will be limited to two different pressing of 500 copies each.
