Aziz Ibrahim, the virtuoso guitarist and songwriter (Paul Weller, Ian Brown/Stone Roses) is following up on his contribution to the success of Paul Weller’s Number One album, “Sonik Kicks”, on which he co-wrote and performed on three tracks, “Sleep of the Serene”, “Twilight”, and “By The Waters”, with a promotional tour to showcase his own long-awaited second album as AZIZ, ‘Rusholme Rock’, which after being mastered at Abbey Road Studios was released on Indus Records via iTunes on 29th March.
The album includes the recently-released single 'I Fought The Law', in which Aziz collaborates with Birmingham’s finest, Dalbir Singh Rattan, on tabla. The album will be showcased at the famous Monto Water Rats in London on Friday 4thMay. Facebook Event Pag.
