'Engravings of a gruesome epitaph' an album of Pure old school Death Metal of the Italians Eroded presents us what should be always an album full of energy and "savoir faire."
The guttural voice sounding hoarse and deep, the cadenced battery makes an intensive use of the technique of "Blast Beat" a sound similar to a "machine gun" the distorted guitars and basses with tempos well accelerated make us relive the nostalgia of eighties.
'Engravings of a gruesome epitaph' can be seen as the depreciation and death of the sense, the lack of purpose and answer to the "why". Traditional values are depreciating and the "absolute principles and criteria dissolves." Everything is shaken, placed radically under discussion. The surface before frozen, to the truths and traditional values is broken and it becomes difficult to continue on the path, see an anchorage.
Eroded has completed in march 2011 'Engravings of a gruesome epitaph' and that sounds more brutal, raw and obscure than ever made before, waiting to the evocated upon human scum.
This is an abum to be worshiped by Death Metal purists and that also blink the eye for those who like music well orchestrated, 'Engravings of a gruesome epitaph' is out now through Konqueror Records, but, carefull this is not for the weak.
