BRAZEN ANGEL added to Warriors Of Metal Fest VI Open Air

Warriors of Metal, Inc. non-profit organization is excited to announce the confirmation of Atlanta, Georgia's BRAZEN ANGEL as the latest band to be added to the roster of Warriors Of Metal Fest VI Open Air to take place at the Frontier Ranch in Pataskala, OH on June 28 & 29, 2013.

Band Manager and guitarist, Chris Cannon states: "Brazen Angel is absolutely honored and fired up about being invited back to the Warrior's of Metal Festival! We were very impressed with the festival last year and had a great time. The stage set-up is nice, the people were wonderful, great sound, and smooth transitions. We felt like we got a strong reaction from the crowd so it was a no-brainer when Datis asked us back. Next year we'll be bringing even more of our Southern-Bred material with some new songs and all the good 'ole boy charm we can muster. Can't wait to see you there!"

Brazen Angel's performance at the festival's 5th year anniversary show garnered them many Ohio fans who'll be glad to see them back at next year's event.  We thank our loyal fan and festival sponsor, Lance Souther for this amateur live video of Brazen Angel at this year's festival.

Warriors Of Metal Fest VI Open Air

Brazen Angel plays a unique brand of melodic metal unlike any other band in the Atlanta area. Beginning originally as an off-shoot of the hard rock band Solar Krush back in 2003. After several line-up and sound changes, a decision was made by founding members Chris Cannon and Joey Phillips to pursue a blend of the thrash, power, traditional, and melodic metal they followed so closely. The addition of Doug Neal to the mix brought an additional element of AC/DC styled riffs and licks. Despite several prominent shows, including opening for the 80's heavy metal band W.A.S.P., the band never fully reached it's potential. Enter Evans Martin in the fall of 2008. His easy-going nature, love, and appreciation of the same types of music as the other members and superb drumming ability filled the drumming void that had existed for so long. Futhermore, he was able to bring his twin brother, Reese Martin, into the fold. Reese's unique voice, which can range from soft and pleasant, to raw and powerful, fit the band perfectly.
