According to the site boston.com, Joyce Coffey received the first warning by hearing music too loud on Tuesday of last week. An hour later, police were called and in sequence Coffey was arrested at his home in Epping.
On the same day, 5 hours later, she was arrested again on similar charges and was then released again. However, she was arrested again by hearing "Highway To Hell" during the night.
Coffey was arrested last Wednesday, when she threw a frying pan at his nephew, who was trying to take some of his personal belongings from his property, and again she was listening to "Highway To Hell".
The site also reports that woman was released on Friday on the condition that 'she can only listen to any music using headphones' as determined by the judge.
