ENDEZZMA: "Erotik Nekrosis" a majestic and "earotic" seven track album!

Born from the depths of the darkest realm, inundated by the cruel wintry atmosphere ENDEZZMA rises from the core of black metal propitious to the spillage of bloody musical notes in an erotic seduction of tenebrous melodies and screaming instruments. Founded in the bosom of Norwegian somber environment in which they inspired it´s dark energy that reflects an overwhelming morbid force, immersed in a spiritual experience that binds them with the lost but not forgotten Trondr Nefas and with the presence of Morten Shax´s band Dim Nagel also lost in the middle of a relentless industry and band´s usual vicissitudes.

It was only after some time, after Dim Nagel long sleep period in 2006 that Morten Shax decided that the rest was over and the time to play again had come. Shax recruited Trondr Nefas to unleash the riffing monster and in 2007, on the way to their first festival gig, he changed the name of the band to the current ENDEZZMA.

Now and after the long waiting due to many factors and due to the unfortunate decease of Trondr Nefas, they bring us a delightfully disturbing experience, they bring us the beauty of frightening melodies and creepy complex compositions of black metal in a mix of atmosphere and old school roaring guitars, in a journey through the unknown, through death; they bring us “Erotik Nekrosis” the majestic and "earotic" seven track album. The album starts with the strongest and heaviest song “Junkyard Oblivion”, this song brings the best of the band it has a cold ambience of raging thunders and dark atmosphere and after the short intro a powerful and fast rhythm hits you like a punch in the face with a sick drumming and strong riffing that later mutates to a slower rhythm with a catchy guitar line with a nice solo. “Enigma of the Sullen” is another ravishing song with a crazy bass phrase, Shax uses screaming vocals altering with a more clean voice, it is very melodic with a background organ sound that pulls out your attention and this song is in my opinion the most beautiful of the album. I’m not going to talk about every song of the album and I’m going to let you enjoy this full-length by yourself but in general all songs are great and all have a special characteristic, I prefer to analyze this work as a whole and this is a unique black metal album with many variations and styles this is Norwegian black metal with a special blend. “Erotik Nekrosis” transpires in perfection the exit of this world in a beautiful constellation of perish songs and the entrance of ENDEZZMA in a new time, in a new journey… this turned out to be one of my favorite’s releases of the year, it was worth the waiting.

It’s been 5 years since we released Alone so it’s definitely time for ENDEZZMA to turn the page on what went before and move forward.  I know many people have been waiting and waiting for this album, and some probably gave up along the way, but I hope we will not let down all of the patient morbid souls.
