SHPERON: Ecstasy of God Album Trailer Available

German death metallers SPHERON have posted a video teaser for their forthcoming debut album, Ecstasy of God, due out on July 5th through Apostasy Records.  

This challenging and absorbing album was produced together with Christoph Brandes at the Iguana Studios (e.g. Necrophagist, Deadborn, Imperium Dekadenz, etc.). The breathtaking cover artwork was painted by no other than the famous artist Eliran Kantor who has already worked with bands like Testament, Hatebreed, Sodom and Atheist.

With the return of his Keyboardist Rafael Sade, HELLLIGHT prepares to present his new work ‘No God above, No Devil below’. The keyboardist joined the band in 2004 and recorded the first album ‘In Memory of the Old Spirits’, released in 2005. Made several presentations with HELLLIGHT and his participation in the group ended in 2007.

Obscure music, slow, heavy and dense... The intent is to convey the deepest feelings and emotions of humanity and the São Paulo`s HELLLIGHT manages, with leftovers, to achieve the goal...

Practicing (with the highest quality) a style that became known as Funeral Doom, the group will take you to another musical dimension!

Developed in partnership with Metal Media, the cover art was designed based on the album title and symbolizes the duality of God and the devil, and can be placed upside down.

‘No God above, No Devil below’ will be released worldwide by Russian label Solitude Prods, same which released the predecessor ‘And Then, The Light Of Counsciousness Became Hell…’.

LIFELESS: "Perdition of the Whore" New Video Released

German traditional death metal crew LIFELESS has released a video for the song "Perdition of the Whore" taken from their latest album, Godconstruct.

Released on March 1st by FDA Rekotz, Godconstruct was met with critical praise from metal media around the world. Not surprising either, as the band's debut, Beyond the Threshold of Death, was heralded as one of 2008's best releases. Check out "Perdition of the Whore" below.

Lostprophets: "Jesus Walks" New Video Posted

Lostprophets have posted a new video clip for the song "Jesus Walks." The track comes off of the band`s newest album entitled "Weapons.""Weapons" is the fifth studio album by the Welsh alternative rock band, released through Epic on April 02, 2012. It's the first record featuring Luke Johnson on drums, after Mike Chiplin and Ilan Rubin "the latter of whom features in archives recordings included on the "deluxe edition" of "Weapons," as well as the hidden track "Weapon" on all versions of the album."
