RWAKE sees the premiere of their track “It Was Beautiful, But Now It’s Sour“, taken from the band’s forthcoming albumRest, online now atNPR.org. “It Was Beautiful, But Now It’s Sour”, a near-12 minute reawakening of the band, is the first preview of new music in four years since the acclaimed Voices of Omens album.
RWAKE has recently unveiled the cover art for Rest online now at this location. RWAKE recorded the follow-up toVoices of Omens at Engine Studios in Chicago, IL with noted engineer Sanford Parker.Rest will see its North American release on September 27th on CD, digital, as well as pressed on olive green and 180 gram black vinyl. RWAKE’s now-legendary 2002 release Hell Is A Door To The Sun was recently re-issued.
