Despite being fully booked for months, the Warriors of Metal, Inc. non-profit organization has seized the unanticipated opportunity for a distinct privilege to welcome the female fronted Bulgarian Heavy Metal band, RAMPART for an exclusive US performance at the Warriors Of Metal Fest VI Open Air this summer on June 28th & 29th at the Frontier Ranch in Pataskala, Ohio.
Band founder and vocalist Mariya Doychinova states: "After more than a year's worth of mutual efforts to have Rampart participate in the Warriors of Metal Fest Open Air, we are now inspired that thiswill soon become a reality. Our delight from the integration of two apparently distant stages will now explode in the beginning of the festival when in a duet with the festival's co-hostess Veronica Freeman (Benedictum) in combined formation we will surprise the fans with a DIO cover song as well. It will be an honor and a pleasure for me to both sing with a front lady who tends so much to the development of metal and to share the stage with all the bands playing at Warriors of Metal Fest VI Open Air this year, especially since I am a fan of most of them!
