I´m still sitting here, taking down notes, writing like I´m out of my senses; incoherent, confused.

Numbers travel through my mind, sometimes incredibly fast, sometimes vicously, slow.

Feeling like they´re crawling through a mixture of blood, dirt, and death straight into my head.

A small light is flickering, giving me light; flickering, closer to darkness than to the light.

Smoke is sorrounding me; stifling and colloidal, as you could nail him to the walls.

You hear taffic on the outside, blood is rushing on the inside; incredibly loud and unbearable.

Word after word fills the paper in front of me; stained, wet, and thin. Hunger, plague, torture, coldness, pain, death.

The clattering of a lighter breaches the scrathing of the feather. Another cigarette won´t make the air worse.

Coughing, rattling, turning the pages. New words: execution, phosgene, propaganda, amputation, agony, torment, death.

Figure after figure extending between my fingers. Incredible figures. Terrifyingly long columns of figures.

Potency after potency, as if every star in the sky would be a beach, containing millions and millions of grains of sand.

Turning the page, new words again: mustard gas, shrapnel, mine, factory, fire, pain, death.

The feather scratches, milling new words onto the paper; more explicit portrayals of the incredible amount of horror: impossible.

Avantgarde Black Metallers ECHELON released video clip "Tod und Teufel"

When thinking of "Black Metal", you automatically imagine frostbitten forests and dark ruins. Inverted crosses as well as blood-drenched pentagrams. You be think the black and white corpse paint and spike bracelets.

If you think of galleries, you mostly think of conservative art and paintings.

You think of arrogance and color-drenched canvas.

There are concentrated expressions and pretension.

But what if both comes together?

What if Black Metal enters the theatrical stage and what if art dives into the dark world of Black Metal?

What if the colors of a painting culminate in manic music?

What if the spikes turn into thoughts and the black and white turns into layers of color?

What if dust turns to fertile soil and conservative behavior turns to Avantgarde?

What if inverted crosses turn to artists and blood-drenched pentagrams turn to thoughtful philosophers?

What if arrogance turns into reflexion and pretension turns to authenticity?

What if forests turn to sounds and ruins turn into rhythms?

What if a clichee overcomes itself and another one also turns?

Then, and then only, we understand the concept of ECHELON, a band between Mosh-Pit and gallery.

The Austrian Avantgarde Black Metal-Philosophers ECHELON always overstep bounds when it comes to authentic self-fulfillment.

Although they are aware that they break out of columns, they immerse more and more into their creative work.

Avantgarde Black Metallers ECHELON in Cooperation with Gravity Entertainment

After negotiations with several labels and after clarifying formalities, ECHELON finally found their sanctuary!

The Austrian Avantgarde Black Metal philosophers around vocalist & lyricist Τ.Φ. signed a promising record contract.

"ECHELON are proud to announce their cooperation with Gravity Entertainment from Switzerland. 

The release of the debut full-length of ECHELON is scheduled for spring 2014." Said the band.

And they add:
"After we found our sanctuary at Gravity Entertainment, we are proud to announce that Cursed Records will exclusively produce our merchandise. The cult objects involve not only shirts for the gents and tank tops for the ladies, but also patches and hooded zippers. The collection is uniformly designed with a fascinating and intense appearance. In the upcoming weeks we will not only unveil our album, but we will also reveal our merchandise piece by piece and the artist behind it! "
