HateFX: Lyric Video for first single 'Play it By Fear' released

Fresno-Livermore heavyweights HateFX, featuring Glen Alvelais (ex Testament, Forbidden) have released the official lyric video for "Play it by Fear", track off their new release "Under Destruction", which can be seen below.

Play it by Fear Lyric video.

The single will be released on May 27th in North America

About the first single, the band states: "'Play it By Fear' — is a metaphor  for the fear that takes control when someone is being blackmailed/pressured into unwilling obedience to keep compromising information in disguise. Fear makes people enter this game of control, and it thrives on this power struggle that will eventually be revealed anyways

The band adds: "When it came time to pick the first single, we had a really hard time. We put our blood and sweat into this work (there were no tears) and everyone had their favorite. But in the end, we agreed that 'Play it by Fear"  was the best choice and represents what HateFX is all about."

Commented G (frontman): "We have been pleasantly surprised with the awesome response on the first run of shows of 'destrucTOUR' and can't wait to continue playing our new music to the masses. The band has the strongest lineup we've had and we are gaining more cohesiveness because of live shows... We have shared the stage with great bands and merch is flying off the table... It feels good to be expanding our horizons which is our goal"

HateFX is currently scheduled to continue playing live in support of this release including Reno (Nevada) and their home turf California: Lake Tahoe, Oakland, Chico, Gilroy and more. For more DestrucTOUR dates check hatefx.com.

“I don’t believe in heaven, I believe in pain, I believe in fear, I believe in death” i.e. Torn The Fuck Apart`s The Dissection Of Christ

The super gore Torn The Fuck Apart death metal band released past April 2012 their latest album “The Dissection Of Christ”. The presence of the brutal sound which we are used from their past works is inevitable, pure death metal, pure chaos unleashed in every note, we really can feel their rage when listening to their blasting music. This work is not for the weaklings especially for those who believe in religion, this is pure hate against Christ. Torn The Fuck Apart give us their side of view with really good statements in which religion is not the path for humankind, in music such as “God´s Blood Turned Black” and “Our Serpent Savior” there are affirmations from the movie Religulous said by Bill Maher: “plain fact is religion must die for mankind to live” and “Faith means making a virtue out of not thinking”. If you want to know more you have to see the movie. They also use references such as the game Max Pain “I don’t believe in heaven, I believe in pain, I believe in fear, I believe in death”, they use the “miracle” scene in Pulp Fiction movie to mock those who believe in miracles, and other strong references but the funny part is to find those lines scattered in their music and guess where you have heard it before.

When I hear Torn The Fuck Apart I remember of the deathcore band killWhitneyDead that also transmits their messages trough important movies sentences, the good cultural taste in junction with furious death metal convey an image of intellectuality and knowledge that shows that metal isn´t for people who only headbang to loud music, metal is much deeper than that.

CHAOSFEAR streams Spit Out Your Hate! Release Date for "Legacy of Chaos"

Brasil`s Thrash Metal  band Chaos Fear released a new song for “Spit Out Your Hate!” which can be heard below. The track appears on forthcoming EP titled "Legacy of Chaos" which will have three songs and will be available for free download. The recordings took place at the Studio Mr. Som, the production was of Marcello Pompeu with mixing of Heros Trench.

"Legacy of Chaos" will be released on September 7th during "Stay Heavy Metal Stars 2012," the Show of the Brasilian Metal Stars at Blackmore Rock Bar, 10PM, São Paulo.

If we could sum up the music of CHAOSFEAR. It would be something like this: Thrash Metal ultraheavyweight verging Death, high-dose technique and creativity.

But we can not summarize it. The band's music is truly great to be accommodated in a nutshell. The solution is to listen to it at maximum volume!
