Portuguese avant-garde maniacs ThanatoSchizO has posted the cover artwork for their fifth album,Origami(http://www.enctsonm.com/tso/origami.jpg), created by Andrea Sousa (www.andreasousa.com) a Portuguese graphic designer.
The CD was produced by Guilhermino Martins (ThanatoSchizO’s guitarrist) and is going to be mastered by Mike Jussila (Ram-Zet, Nightwish, etc) at Finnvox Studios (Helsinki, Finland). "Origami" was recorded in Teatro de Vila Real (in the band's hometown, Vila Real) and the group's own Blind & Lost Studios in Santa Marta de PenaguiĆ£o, Portugal.
This record features guest appearances by Fadomorse (a Portuguese group that mixes national folk music with Frank Zappa's delirious moments), Banda de Musica de Mateus (a local brass and woodwind ensemble) and Ricardo Frade, a young promising percussionist. If you want to sample the body of work from this last name...
