Comatose Music to Release ENGORGEMENT's Excruciating Intestinal Lacerations On July 17th

Comatose Music proudly welcomes ENGORGEMENT! The Brutal UK Death Squad's debut album Excruciating Intestinal Lacerations will be released on July 17th.  Consisting of members of Embryonic Depravity and Gore Sanctum, the group pulls absolutely no punches on their debut. Expect a non-stop, guttural slamming, pit stomping, brutal death metal massacre! Artwork by Andrey Kroms. Mixed and mastered at 16th Cellar Studio in Italy. Recommended for fans of Devourment, Ingested, and Kraanium. This one is definitely not for the weak.

Engorgement started as a two-man Brutal Death Metal band from the UK created by Stu Hine (Gore Sanctum, Disgorged Prolapse) and Rich Lynn (Disgorged Prolapse) in 2009. Taking inspiration from all sick and slamming brutal music from all around the world. James Murphy (Embryonic Depravity) joined on vocals and Mitch Rider (Embryonic Depravity) replaced the drum machine as the drummer after meeting and chatting to both of them in Switzerland in 2010. In October 2011 Engorgement recorded its debut album, Excruciating Intestinal Lacerations, and signed to the mighty Comatose Music.

ComaTour 2012 Featuring Kraanium, Atrocious Abnormality and Coathanger Abortion Starts Today

The ComaTour 2012, featuring Comatose Music acts KRAANIUM, ATROCIOUS ABNORMALITY and COATHANGER ABORTION, kicks off tomorrow night at Ground Zero in Spartanburg, SC. For updates and details, join the ComaTour Event Page.

Each band will have brand new tour merchandise available and the Comatose Music Store will be set up at each show. The label has put together a tour promo video featuring sample clips from all three bands which can be seen below.

Comatose Music to Release ANTROPOFAGUS' Architecture of Lust on April 17th


After being dormant for nearly 10 years, Italian maniacs ANTROPOFAGUS have awaken! They make their brutal return to the death metal scene with their new full length CD Architecture of Lust, which will be released on April 17th through Comatose Music. Musically, their approach has evolved into a more technical style, yet sustains a classic death metal presence with frantic riffing and supreme drumming courtesy of Davide "BrutalDave" Billia (Putridity and Septycal Gorge).
